.... on the same basis..... (i.e., it's alright to break the rules, knowingly, if you are DESPERATE).... does that imply that you'll let ME break the rules in race if **I** am DESPERATE to win (which I very much AM!!!!)? Even when everybody else is abiding by the rules?

That's the thing about rules.... they are UNEMOTIONAL..... and should be obeyed .... and enforced, as such!

Of course, people can break the rules IF they are willing to take the consequences.....
