Inconsistency again though with rules at Hooton. One of the cadet drivers was not allowed to take part in a heat due to be involved in a red flag incident but was ok to start. One heat later and another red flag incident with another driver involved however, the driver was allowed to take the restart. Which is it????!

Again, lack of warning flags.
