This is the RFEASON we have this Health and Safety 'attitude' today! Yes, it CAN seem complete pain in the **se BUT..... no matter WHAT people tell you, 'common sense amongst humans is UN-common!

Everytime you hear people moaning about 'Health and Safety' you hear someone say 'poeple have common sense and won't DO risky things....'..... yeah..... that's EXACTLY what we see when we watch the public.... isn't it!

While some people continue to do stupidly risky things, we NEED health and safety no matter HOW boring and annoying it is for the rest of us.
