So far the MSA have not said that the age range for cadets will be changed and I doubt it could be for 2011 as the British Championship will be on Comer for 2011.
They have changed the entry age for some of the junior classes from 11th birthday to year of 12th birthday and also said that anyone already in the class will still be able to race.
It also looks as if someone who will turn 11 during 2010 could do one race as a junior in November/December and be eligible for the 2011 season in juniors.
If this is correct then there are likely to be very few who are `forced' into the new class in 2011. That could change for 2012 or later.
