In case you don't know, I have NO link with any 'neck brace' company nor make ANY income from motor-racing or the safety industry!

Can you do me the honour of stating EXACTLY the same? Please confirm your total independence from the company and its products. Your..... background.... is strangely unclear from you details....

Yes... I accept your point that amongst the HUNDREDS of motor-sports bodies throughout the world that there ARE a half-filled HANDFUL who have said SOMETHING positive about the Leatt (et al) which I had MISSED!

Clearly, it's MY fault that I followed Leatt's web site via the 'Endorsements' 'tab' and did NOT find any link to 'motor sports bodies'..... except that there is NO such link!

However, I DID follow the 'medical professionals' tab where I found a SMALL collection of NON endorsements! Had you read what they have WRITTEN (on Leatt's web site) you'd have noted that not ONE of them has TESTED the product and they STUDIOUSLY AVOID claiming safety-gains, but merely state that it 'seems' or 'should' do this/that/or the other. Others only LIST the problem and NOT that the Leatt has been TESTED and found to ELIMINATE those risks!

Of course, I also made the stupid error of reading the FAQ section where there is a question that I would have expected to list ALL those 'relevant bodies':-

"Q: Is there a third party organization that rates or approves this type of device? Are there any CPSC regulations or standards that must be met? "

..... and what was the answer...????? That the SAB (or the MSA) was the ONLY listed motorsports body!

Was it ME that wrote their answer? I hardly see that I can be blamed for missing the other bodies you listed when THEY ARE NOT MENTIONED!

Finally, can you TELL me how you GOT to that PDF sheet FROM the web site? For the LIFE of me, I cannot find that link..... You seem to have some.... let's say..... 'inside knowledge' ....

However, this is tedious.

You may promote the product for any reason whatsoever. The product MAY be the 'Holy Grail' of safety and may be responsible for saving millions of lives....

..but.....

... until it IS 'endorsed' by the BRITISH MSA.... then I will continue to make people aware of the fact that it has NOT been!

I have NO financial axe to grind in this matter!
