A very talented American kid aged 11, races in the junior class over in the US. In fact he has just raced against the likes of Jack Barlow and Matt Parry in the Florida Winter Cup.
Is it just me that thinks its wrong he can now enter the UK Cadet Championships. How has he got an international licence at such a young age. To hold a UK MSA licence he has to live in the UK full time. And I am sure it says you can only hold one licence. It’s a bit like Mike Tyson coming over here to fight for a British Championship or am I missing the point. Should the MSA allow a junior driver from abroad to use his `heavyweight` experience to race in cadets in the UK. Our rules state once a driver moves up and races in a bigger class they cannot move back.
