50:50 fairy liquid & hot water - smear liberally on the rim inboard of beads & all around tyre. Get your pump working and while inflating usa a hair dryer on hot setting aimed and the rim of the the tyre. The heat will maintain the temp of the fairy liquid and the warmer rubber will finally pop over the beads - robbo
