Intreasing point about a chassi snapping where its so weak! when was the last time a scrut checked this or someone had failed scrutineering due to this?

Is there a 'flat spot measurement set out by the MSA to say 'if you have a 20mm flat spot on the underside of the chassi, then it will not be legible to use in a race' as the chassi is dangerous and could snap???

Good thinking by the MSA regarding chasi protectors!!!
