they have 75% of the grid because for Rotax they are so good. Also a lot of people dont have the time to go testing every week. so they want a kart thats just going to work well without much messing about. This is exactly what the OTK stuff does. Best thing i did was wake up to the fact its bloody good.
And you dont need a new one every 6 months. thats a myth. Epps won at Kimbolton in december on a year old chassis. there are many others that do well on older chassis, Elliott Burton in KF seems to do good on the 2008 he seemed to use. Iv had other chassis go off much faster than any of the OTK's i have had. infact one british kart (wasnt an octane) seemed to last 2 meetings before it liked to understeer like a barge.
