I'm not sure why you're only talking about practice days ?

The SI statement about needing a letter from the school concludes with the words "..in order to fulfil registration for the Championship.".

In other words, if you don't get the letter you are'nt registered for the Championship - that to me reads that you can't compete on any day at any round !!

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
