depends what you mean in " full medical" - it is height/ weight , check heart/ lungs , blood pressure , urine test , basic eye sight/vision test , check medical record for obvious medical conditions that would need further MSA advice such as diabetes or epilepsy and medication use , check has use of all limbs.
The British Medical Association recommends a sports medical fee should not be any more than Ł75 but you should negotiate this.
