Exactly my point to John.

It's all well and good saying "race where you want to" but if a raw and potentially good driver can't do anything more than one club per month becuase of budget and can only dream of S1 - then how the hell does he or she get the chance. Even if they could get sponsorship it's classic chicken and egg!

So as I said before - great that Dunlop are giving free tyres to the first 25 KF1 drivers but what about grass-roots. If you're a KF1 driver chances are you've got the money to but tyres anyway. So why not get another sponsor or more to give incentives to other classes or look at how the sport in general needs to be structured so people can make a living/profit out of it (NOT suggesting they shouldn't) without denying opportunities for some.

We were with a large well-known team but for the privateer running little Johnny who has that potential but can't afford to join the likes of X or Y where let's face it the sport tends to be dominated by - then what chance. So you're left with those that can do it because they can afford to do it thereby creating an elitism and racing against each other every round.
