I've found an extremely detailed TKM set-up guide at this address -

The strange thing is that the link itself doesnt work if you type it in to your address bar. You have to search under kart-racer.co.uk and it brings it up under the heading "Sprocket Allignment".

Seems to have been written by Chris Compton. As I'm new to karting I've no idea who Chris is! Or whether his notes are still valid? I guess things cant have changed too much since 2002 - if thats when they were written.

Just thought I'd check before treating this stuff as gospel!
