Hi
I have a laptop with Alfano Vue 1.1.9 installed, an alfano download pen with usb to serial connector, and an alfano (obviously)

Now the Infra red receiver is contactable via COM4 port, and i know it works.

When i read the data off the Alfano, the software bombs out saying "no data available" crashes and my alfano is wiped of all the data.

Anyone have any ideas?

I think my problem is related to the Alfano Vue software, but i dont know for sure.

Any help appreciated
