You can take your ARKS test at Whiton but it is not the club that carries out the tests. protrain do the tests and so could Richard Lloyd (Spellfame).
Have you got your Gold book? On pages 71/72 there is a list of ARKS Examiners.
The closest to you is probably Adrian Mills at JM Racing, PFi, Grantham.
