you start a clutched TKM with a handheld starer, some body else does this whilst the driver is seated. You can stall a clutched engine if you dont have the carb set properly, if you stall it in a race then its game over. Somebody will have to bring the starter to get you going, you CAN'T bump start a clutched motor. TKM engines are pretty equal so they dont change hands for stupid money, although there's always somebody who recons their engine is the best....
