'Do I like it? NO, because it takes karters away from every kart club in the country at a time when we need them all. I also don't like the concept that you cannot buy any part for your chasiss or engine unless you buy it from Birel.'

Not entirely true, three years ago i was just racing hire karts. I never thought about joining a club and racing at club level because I didnt want to race at the same circuit every month and knew i didnt have the budget to compete at national championships. Easykart was perfect for my needs and certainly did not take me away from a kart club. I think the introduction of easykart bridges the gap between hire karts and owner driver and allows people to compete competively, nationally, at sensible money.
