As the ABkC AGM is on at Kartmania (on SAT I think) perhaps a Supplementary Regulations scheme could be tabled for their consideration.

Perhaps a SR along the lines of a separate grid consisting of Caset Ramp Class ? then the shovellers can play merry havoc with each other.
