As I understand it Clubs are able to add items into their supplimental regulations.
Given the strong feeling about the 'perceived' danger could they choose to to exclude certain bumpers on the grounds that there is sufficient specualtion and concern, and a suitable cheap alternative is available that it seems 'reasonable' to exclude them?
Or perhaps they could 'highlight' the issues and suggest parents give it some thought. I am sure not all parents are aware of the ongoing discussion.
I wonder which circuits and clubs would be brave enough? My guess is 0
