How this fiasco has been allowed to continue is completely and utterly beyond my comprehension and I can only believe that it is a commercial club hammer that is being wielded at the authorities.
They should hang their heads in complete shame and do not deserve any support from drivers and should not continue to be in the position that they are.
When the really bad injury comes, they will scuttle under stones and hide like cowards and deny their responsibility for everything.
