look guys there are only two ways to improve this situation
1) parents are responsible for there own child so should as a matter of safety replace the nozecone on there kart to protect there child along with all others running at the same time.
2) parents should refuse to put out there child if another child is on the grid with a zip nozecone on safety grounds, even if that means missing a race or two.
the clubs and the msa steward would the get involved and it would be reported back to msa HQ.
the clubs would be losing revenue so would seak a quick resolution to this.
a petition will have little effect in the timscale that is required. if you feel your kids safety is comprimised it is your duty as a parent to pull him/her from the grid.
