If i'm not mistaken the blue book states that all four wheels must be over the white line for you to be considered off the track.

Drivers have fours wheels off the track at Pylon on the kerb, and at Beccles in the chicane; this should be disallowed.

Drivers have two wheels over the white line on many kerbs like the exit of the last corner at Whilton (yes, it still counts as a kerb in my opinion); this should be, and IS allowed.

However, the exit kerb on the last corner at Whilton DOES scrape the bottom of your chassis if it's OTK (as most are these days), hence why people wish to run chassis protectors.

It's honestly that simple. The rules are the rules, and most clerks (with the exception of one or two) make decisions according to the rulebook and that's how racing should be.

The same for everyone, at ever track, with every clerk.

Simples.
