Iain your still wrong , your facts re burglary are inaccurate you failed to then comment on your claim re F1 and singapore , you can shout till your blue in the face because you know you do it too.

you can use crayons if you wish but your point is still in vain .

I'll explain , in car circuit racing there is nothing in the blue book with regard to having wheels off the track so your CAR argument falls down in the uk , in fact it only refrences rejoining the track after going off with all 4 wheels .

Blue book circuit racing

section 78

78. Any vehicle which shall have left the track with all
four wheels shall rejoin the track at the nearest point to
exit from it, compatible with safety.

and kart racing
94. Any Driver leaving the track more than twice, for
whatever the reason, MAY be excluded from the race.
Where a Driver consistently drives with a wheel off the
track or leaves the track, this MAY be deemed driving in
a manner incompatible with general safety and the
Driver MAY be excluded from the race at the discretion
of the Clerk of the Course.
