my view on being told things in the pits is always to listen(and even maybe try) but be dubious until you can prove to yourself in testing that the advice works

i spent my first year in karting not knowing anything at all and not being given any help and my second year in karting going round in circles chasing my tail and everyones rubbish advice.the third year i decided to make my own mistakes rather than everyone elses until others advice improved laptimes
