Given that geographically it's a bit like asking somebody who lives and races is Scotland what they think of The MSA, I couldn't give you any specific comment. I recognise the face in passing but have never met the guy.

My only comment would be that generally the French Federation seem to be far too cosey with the karting business. In fact karting seems to be treated very badly overall, with very little real attention except as a cash cow for other forms of motorsport, it's income is syphoned off mainly for rallying, apparently.

Without making any comment on any individual in karting or elsewhere. The French attitude to corruption seems different to the British one, whether it's a politician at whatever level or any form of bureacrat; Vested interest, the acceptance of gifts and insider dealing are seen as perks as the jobs, rather than something to be frowned on.
