Probably not, the KF/ICA front brakes are hand operated, whereas you need dual foot braking for ICC / KZ2. Also there will probably not be the lugs on the steering supports for the gearchange, the steering columnn hub will be different to take the hand clutch, and the bars across where the engine mounts might be in a different place than optimum for a gearbox engine mount. Axle will need to be changed for inboard sprocket, lugs needed for water pump etc . Also exhaust mounts will need buying, rear bumper is different rules, so all in all not worth it. Look for a second hand ICC / KZ kart, they are good value
