.....everybody gets punished for the actions of one miscreant.

That is NEVER fair but seems to be an easy get out in our modern society.

I'm not aiming this a MBKC, it's just an observation that may be worth a thought.

Obviously security is essential with the scumbags that we find amongst us.

It's just that every rule and law that is passed, ends up inconveniencing the innocent and actually does sod all to stop the people for whom these actions are brought in to punish.

Burning at the stake etc, had it's attractions.

We've become far too tolerant towards wrongdoers.
