I guess technically speaking it does make a couple of references that imply bad driving.

As I said, wasn't there personally but those that were and I spoke to called it pretty much as the report does. RFJ did a smart job controlling things and there's no disputing that there was a coming together. Whether it was a six and two threes - fact is the result stands.

I guess Ben/his team always have the right of reply if they feel the report is a biased account of things or maybe it's bad enough losing the title and they will just move on!
