i bought a caravan last year solely for use at karting weekends. We lift the kart in through the front window so the caravan also acts like our trailer as well as home for the weekends racing. I recently noticed that the front inner panel is very damp and soft, how hard is it to replace the inner front panel ? is it a major job ? i was thinking of filling the gap in between the outer panel and inner panel with expanding foam, will this make the panel abit more solid or will it expand to much and balloon the panel off completely ? has anybody ever changed an inner front panel on a caravan ? my wood work skills are not brilliant !! Thanks.
