From what I have read most posts in favour of having the zip nose cone removed are from 'victims' or supporters. I am not at all sure that many of these are actually Zip users. With the open exception of the post from Scott Walker above I have not heard any other Zip user acknowledge the risk or offer to change their nose cone.

I can only assume from that they realise what a fantastic launch pad this thing is and have no concern for the hands and heads of their own drivers as they are confident that an opposing kart will certainly at least clear their child. Even if that other child is then injured.
