Andy- - i've got the same Genny, mine kept cutting out after a few minutes running, found out there was water in the petrol tank. sometimes mine doesn't kick out any power, found out that flicking the switch that turns it from 110v to 240 volt over a few times fixed the problem, check that switch. I'll have mine with me at Hooton if you need to compare anything on mine to yours.
