sounds to me like you have too much grip at the back,maybe you have the rears in too far

too much grip will mean the karts tyres are digging in,then letting go and hopping sliding

try taking the rears all the way out and then if you have to,work in with small increments

i assume your using the tkm maxxis tyre?
