I look at it like going to a bad restaurant you might get a crap meal one night but you give them a second chance if it carries on you go else where and when they have no customers they then realise they got it wrong.Like a pub keeps the trouble makers out so they can keep the good customers in karting it seems to be the other way round.
As for putting you money down generaly if the officials see the incident something will be done if they don't see it, it could be a waste of money, they also get it wrong so then your money will be to try and re-address the facts very difficult I would have thought.
Some of the regular people on this forum imediately bring up the putting your money down issue when you are on a tight budget it might be the difference between racing the following month or not.
But as for rye never been there but would like to make the journey there one time.
