Formula Blue could be a class to look at. The restrictor system used in that class means the amount of lead is cut down to a miminum

At your weight, my guess would be you would need around 15kg if you were using a kart similiar to mine but I've got a load of lightened parts on it (mag rims,hubs etc) so maybe less on yours?
