Couldn't disagree more. I,ve raced regularly at WM over over last two seasons and always found the officials firm but fair, always pleasant and approachable. I was at the drvers briefing described the instructions were clear and concise - Approach the at 20MPH or less or risk being put to the back of the grid. What's the problem?
Not so sure about the drive-through though. Basically a good idea, but pit entry speed needs to be controlled and the time penalty is so great your race is binned in any case. Also the drive-through lane take up 1/4 of the dummy grid. This allows only one grid to form at a time. A better use for this space would be to widen the run-off from the pits bend and get rid of the bark launching ramp on the outside.
