i fractured my carphoid (whatever its called) in my wrist. at llandow last month. had a cast on for a month. and when you take it off its so weak! as soon as its off, start by just getting the rotation back.
then i started to do gym work to get it back the way it was. iv found that i need to strap it up really hard with weight lifting straps.
so id suggest u need to get some straps, then just do some light weights slowly building up.

im karting for the first time with both hands tommorow. and thats about 3 weeks since the cast came off, so ill report how it goes.
