before thinking of civil action and any civil judge would advocate that too!

To do this Donald or his driver (whomever is the entrant) should have protested, having chosen not to do this it is doubtful from what is described in Donald's post that a civil court would be interested nor would dialing 999 in this instance described be the best advice either!
