You are not going to call the police because a colleague at work has sworn at you! But indeed the employer may take action!

Similar applies in motor sport!

Let's encourage officials to take action when they should and let's encourage competitors to only call the police when the offence warrants it!

Swearing and threats of the nature originally described should be dealt with at CoC/Steward level and no police force in the Country is going to be really interested!
