Yeah I get you, I know nothing about TKM but if you assume that 1kg = 1 tenth (maybe a bit optimistic, its probably less idk, but ive heard people say that).
Before you were: 134.5-128 = 6.5kg overweight.
Now you are: 138.5-136 = 2.5kg overweight.
So assuming 1kg = 1tenth, 6.5kg - 2.5kg = 4kg.
That equates to 3-4tenths.
However, like I say you have to make the assumption that 1kg = 1tenth, you also have to assume that running at 136 with this restrictor is identical to running 128 with the old restrictor.
As always in karting, im sure that won't be the case.
I think an educated guess would say that you'll be looking at 2-3tenths.
Someone who knows more about TKM will probably come along and give you a bit better advice than me. Hope I kinda helped anyway.
