Sounds like you need to get your front en level (use disks not lasers as lasers can get you a false reading) take the engine off the chassis and check it for straightenes. Make sure the rear axle is level with the chassis before you do that. It is very easy to get this wrong when you fit the bearings/carriers, but very easy to check with a spirit level. Find a perfectly level piece of floor (wooden flooring if nothing else, best is a big cast iron plate), if you have mount disks on the hubs, if not use rims without tyres set at perfect distance from each other and check for level. You'll easily see if one front end is "lighter" than the other!
I had a chassis that did the same and had it seen by the guy from Soixante, best £125 I ever spent as before that I just couldn't get it set-up. Turned-up it was bent and the front end was all over the place! First race after the "operation" I got within 2tenths off the lap record at Llandow!!!
