Seats are usually fibreglass with vinylester resin (ie, not epoxy and sets in about 20 minutes).

You can rebuild the holy areas by cutting them out, tapering the edges of the holes over 3/4 inch with 40 grade sand paper and putting in a new patch. You can even use a fibreglass repair kit from your local motor shop.

Make sure that there is one layer on the inside of the seat and build up the patch to the original thickness on the outside.
