Alfie,

I have had protests from people with loadsamoney and I've had protests from those who I know have scraped together (or occasionally borrowed) the fee. The process is the same for all and everyone gets told how the meeting will go as far as the chain of evidence heard is concerned.

Occasionally, those who don't win their protest get the money back. This might not go down too well but it's my decision.

Jury still out on video evidence as far as I'm concerned. I have seen some good applications and some very very bad. One of the bad ones included a protest where the video evidence presented clearly disagreed with the argument being put forward by the protestor. Thankfully some years ago...
