Thats interesting Simon. I thought you had to be given the okay by the CoC before leaving the "chicken run". I belive we could have rejoined and still been in front or at least in the front group.

Our view is that we should have been shown Black/White and then once the marshall had investigated either during or after the race if appropriate then the Black Flag could have been applied i.e. exclusion.

In our case we could have taken the win and then prove there was no case to answer.
