Hootsman,

I'm sure Graham posted on here a while back of how they have used the evidence. I remember it being along the lines that once the offender/protester saw the video, they realized that the incident was not quite as they remember it and they didn't end up wasting the clerks time

Have a look through old posts for the actual words used
