That's the job! Unfortunately it will be difficult without one as you need gravity to help along.

You plonk that ebay fella on the master cyl and then open the nearest nipple (if you have single pipe) on the calliper, open the valve on the tool and let the fluid flow for a minute or so, watch for air bubbles, or until clear fluid starts flowing; then you close it and go to the far end (other) nipple and repeat the same.
Close the last nipple and then turn the valve on the bleeding tool.
Make sure there's enough fluid in the master so that you don't trap any air in it when you replace the cap after removing the tool! If not enough just drop a few ml on top to make sure. Better it spills as you screw it in than to get air in the master!

Don't forget to tighten properly the niples and remember if there are two bleeding niples on the calliper you always bleed through the top one!

Don't be stingy on the fluid as you're not likely to do it soon again and the fluid (hygroscopic) will be gone past its best the next time you come to use it!
