Congratulations to Chris Needham on winning the 2009 UK Cup for the 125 ICC Class at Snetterton on Bank Holiday Monday. In only his second long circuit event, he smashed the lap record by 1.4 seconds!! Well done :D

Also a big well done to Lee Morgan and Dan Edwards who shared the wins in 125 Open, Sam Moss for his double win in 250 National (great preparation for the MSA Champ round there in June), and Simon Bateman for his double win in 210.

On a personal note, I bowed out of karting as a driver at Snetterton. I'd like to thank my parents, grandparents and my girlfriend and her family for being there for my last event, and for their support over the 11 years of my karting. I also want to thank Neil Walker (Walker Racing) for his support since 2002 and my move to Arrow and RG Racing for their assistance since I moved to Long Circuit!! I am now looking forward to taking up a press role for the BSA, hopefully my police application won't affect this :D
