We have had a similiar situation where a 2 place penalty was applied for unfair advantage and had to accept the points for the application of that penalty- are you saying that the rule was incorrectly interpreted by the Clerk that day?they were very clear that the points applied because of the penalty and showed me the rule book and they also had some supplementary info For Clerks which they were referring to -
