Not in karting.

Having said that, surely racing is about being faster than someone, not being a complete plank and blocking and spoiling everybody's race.

Give the corner up early before there is a train behind you and you won't find youself losing 5 places when the faster driver behind you, barrels through with four more drivers glued to his butt.

It usually ends in tears when the faster driver tags you and you end up examining the scenery.
