Basically,

Set-up: Fronts out, Rears in

And stay off the dry line, where there isnt much grip available, feed the power on, if he feels the rears spin up, apply just a tiny bit of brake (well its what i do/got told :) ), brake only in a straight line.

I'm sure if its raining, that they'll be a fair bit more leanient on things :)
