The V4 should have around 1 or 2 mm positive camber.
That 2mm difference should not have a majorly detrimental effect on handling, and is more often than not, in the stubs or king pins rather than the chassis itself.
Loosen the king pins slightly and turn them slowly with an allen key whilst the lasers are set up on the kart. This will show up any bends in the king pin, which may simply be the cause of your difference in camber. You may find that if you just replace the king pin, the camber will be back to equal on both sides.
Also, when retightening the stubs, pull the stub up quite firmly. This partially simulates the effect of the karts weight when it is on the ground. If you can't lift and tighten at the same time, get someone to help.
Have fun! :)
